The hotel had a convenient location close to downtown Waterville and the interstate, making it easy to navigate the area. The service was responsive and courteous, although there were some issues with abrupt communication. The dining experience was pleasant, and the facilities were satisfactory. On the downside, the rooms smelled of stale smoke and the beds were smaller than expected.
